HOW ORGANIZATIONS BUY RESIDENT EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT

Pricing Built Around Real Rollout Projects

OmniArc pricing is designed to fit how projects are actually purchased, funded, and delivered.

Every project begins with OmniArcOS. From there, organizations can activate the resident experience services that fit their role and project goals.

Per Project / Per Service

Best for individual rollout projects

Organizations can activate OmniArc for a specific project and only pay for the layers needed.

Arc Service Layers

Add only the layers your project need.

  • ArcAudit
Project readiness and data validation. Identify address issues, routing conflicts, and rollout risks before deployment begins.
  • ArcAware
Resident awareness and communication. Project websites, FAQs, timelines, address lookup, notifications, and project information.
  • ArcAsk
Resident selections and preferences. Collect cart choices, service preferences, opt-ins, opt-outs, and other project decisions.
  • ArcAnswered
Resident support and issue resolution. Real-time data powered support across web, chat, SMS, email, and voice with integrated ticketing and escalation management
  • ArcAfter
Resident feedback and closeout measurement. Surveys, sentiment analysis, satisfaction reporting, and project closeout insights.

This model works well when a city, hauler, manufacturer, or project partner wants OmniArc attached to a specific deployment.

Enterprise Licenses

Best for organizations managing multiple projects annually.

Enterprise licensing provides OmniArcOS coverage across a defined annual address volume while allowing Arc service layers to be activated per project.

This gives organizations a repeatable project intelligence foundation across multiple deployments while keeping Arc service layers flexible by project.

Enterprise licensing is ideal for organizations that want OmniArc to become part of their standard rollout process.

Required in RFP / RFQ

Build OmniArc directly into the project requirements.

Municipalities and project owners can require a resident experience platform as part of the procurement process, ensuring visibility, communication, support, and reporting are established before deployment begins.

This allows project owners to require a modern visibility and resident support layer without having to manage disconnected tools after the project starts.

Example requirement language

“Vendor must provide a project intelligence and resident communication platform capable of address-level project status, stakeholder visibility, resident support, ticket routing, reporting, and post-project sentiment tracking.”

FOUNDER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

Limited release for early strategic partners

Founder Partners receive preferred pricing, roadmap influence, early feature access, co-marketing opportunities, and long-term pricing protection.

Available to a select number of strategic manufacturers, haulers, and deployment organizations.

Founder Partners receive annual OmniArcOS enterprise access, unlimited projects within their license terms, and a multi-year pricing lock.

Exclusive Founder Partnership options may also be available for organizations seeking limited category exclusivity during the initial market release.

One Core Rule

OmniArcOS Is Only Paid For Once

If OmniArcOS is already covered by a municipality, manufacturer, hauler, enterprise agreement, or project owner, the intelligence layer already exists for that project.

Additional stakeholders can activate and fund the Arc service layers most relevant to their responsibilities.

This prevents duplicate costs while allowing every stakeholder to participate in the same resident experience ecosystem.

Talk Through the Best Fit

Which Pricing Model Is Right For You?

Some projects are best priced per address. Some organizations need an enterprise license. Some cities may want OmniArc required in the bid process. Some partners may qualify for a Founder Partnership License.

If you're unsure, we can help determine the right structure based on project size, address count, stakeholder responsibilities, resident communication requirements, and support expectations.
